  • 8-10 slices thick-cut bacon Cooked and crumbled for that crispy finish.

Method

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Ground Beef - Start by heating avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add lean ground beef to the skillet along with garlic powder and salt. Cook until browned and fully cooked through, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Step 2: Make the Special Sauce - In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, pure maple syrup (or coconut aminos), dill pickle relish, dried minced onion, crushed red pepper flakes, and salt. Mix thoroughly until smooth and set aside.
  3. Step 3: Prepare the Guacamole - In another bowl, mash ripe avocados using a fork until creamy but still chunky. Add fresh lemon juice and salt to taste; mix well.
  4. Step 4: Assemble Your Bowls - Take four large bowls or plates and evenly distribute chopped romaine lettuce as the base in each bowl. Top each one generously with cooked ground beef followed by sliced red onions and cherry tomatoes.
  5. Step 5: Add Toppings - Sprinkle crumbled bacon over each assembled bowl then add guacamole on top along with pickle chips for an extra kick of flavor.
  6. Step 6: Drizzle Special Sauce & Serve! - Finally, drizzle your special sauce over each loaded burger bowl before serving immediately while everything is fresh and vibrant! Enjoy!
