Method

  1. Step 1: Create Your Biscuit Graves - Start by breaking off about a third of each Lotus biscoff biscuit at one end; melt dark chocolate and dip each biscuit into it before placing them on baking paper to set completely.
  2. Step 2: Decorate Your Biscuit Graves - Once your dark chocolate has set on the biscuits, melt white chocolate and pipe fun designs onto each grave before allowing them to set again on baking paper.
  3. Step 3: Prepare Your Cupcake Batter - Preheat your oven to 140C Fan/160C/325F/Gas Mark 3 while you line a cupcake tin with cases. In a large mixing bowl, beat together softened baking spread or butter with caster sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Step 4: Add Wet Ingredients - Incorporate eggs and milk into your mixture gradually while whisking until combined smoothly. Gently fold in self-raising flour along with cocoa powder and baking powder until just mixed.
  5. Step 5: Bake Your Cupcakes - Distribute batter evenly across prepared cases and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes until golden brown. A skewer inserted into center should come out clean.
  6. Step 6: Make Cheesecake Filling & Frostings - Blend cream cheese with icing sugar and vanilla; stir in crushed Oreos. Then craft chocolate buttercream and green grass frosting for decoration.
